Now take the same to the internet. instead of people it will be websites, blogs, social media sites, bookmarking sites, video sites etc that will be pointing to your website. So when someone types in for plastic surgeon in the US, Google and other search engines will bring your website on top of the search results. You are not paying to be on the top. This does not happen overnight either. It takes time, quality content, valuable and reliable links. This is where most business owners have trouble they want to be on the top right away. The response to that would “SORRY”. You can learn a lot from webmaster guidelines from Google.
